It is possible to arrive on Sunday and depart on Friday if the property is available on those days.  In order to arrive on a Sunday, the property must be already reserved and the guests departing on that Sunday.  In order to depart on a Friday, the property must already be reserved and the guests must be scheduled to arrive on a Friday.  In otherwords, the property can not have an open weekend awaiting reservations if you wish to arrive on a Sunday or depart on a Friday.

For example, in the above availability calendar, You could arrive on Monday 1/14 and depart on Friday 1/18 because the property is already reserved and the guests are arriving on Friday 1/18.  The Sunday 1/13 is unavailable because the prior guests are departing Monday 1/14.  An example of a Sunday arrival is illustrated by looking at 1/27 because the property is reserved for the prior weekend but the guests are departing Sunday morning on 1/27.

An example of where you can not choose a Sunday arrival or Friday departure is illustrated on Sunday 3/23 and Friday 3/28.  There are no existing reservations so they must be kept open to allow full weekend reservations and thus a Monday arrival and Thursday departure are the only options during that open week.
